Summer House Sitter Access Registration

If your household is in need of a house sitter while the homeowner is away on vacation, you may request temporary access to the Pool Facilities for an approved house sitter. House sitter access is intended for aquatic facilities only and does not include access to other amenities unless otherwise approved. No guests are permitted with a house sitter pass.

The house sitter must be an adult (18 years of age or older) and is only permitted access to the Pool Facilities while overseeing the home in the homeowner’s absence.

House sitter passes are valid from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Each household may receive a maximum of one house sitter access pass per occurrence, with no more than three (3) occurrences permitted between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Each house sitter pass is valid for a maximum of ten (10) consecutive days.

Both the homeowner and the house sitter must complete the required registration form, sign the Facilities Use Agreement, and submit a signed House Sitter Agreement Waiver prior to access being granted.
House Sitter must be an adult to complete the Facility Use Agreement; please include their information so the mobile access card can be sent to the House Sitter.
If the house sitter uses the aquatic facilities during Friday–Sunday or other designated peak times, including Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day holiday periods, access will be deducted from the homeowner’s ten (10) complimentary peak-day guest passes.

In addition, the homeowner must provide one of their peak-day access passes for the house sitter’s use during these times.

No additional guests are permitted with a house sitter pass.
A fee of $30 per occurrence applies for each house sitter pass. Payment must be delivered to the Association Office before mobile access credentials will be released.
The homeowner is responsible for the actions and conduct of the house sitter while using the community facilities.

Any violation of this permission may result in the immediate deactivation and surrender of the house sitter’s access pass. Providing false information on the registration form may also result in denial or removal of access privileges.

House sitter passes are valid Memorial Day through Labor Day only.
Once the House Sitter Registration Form and House Sitter Facility Use Waiver have been completed and the registration fee has been received, the house sitter will be issued a Mobile Access Card. Additional instructions and next steps will be provided directly to the house sitter. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing.
