Caregiver Registration

If your household has a caregiver who is in need of access to the Facilities in the homeowner’s absence, you are allotted an access card exclusive to the caregiver. Each household can receive a maximum of one caregiver access card. The caregiver is only permitted access to the Facilities when overseeing the client.

Any violation of this permission may result in the caregiver’s access card being deactivated and surrendered. In addition to the homeowner, the caregiver is required to sign our Facilities Use Agreement and pay a seasonal fee of $30.
