Caregiver Registration
If your household has a caregiver who is in need of access to the Facilities in the homeowner’s absence, you are allotted an access card exclusive to the caregiver. Each household can receive a maximum of one caregiver access card. The caregiver is only permitted access to the Facilities when overseeing the client.
Any violation of this permission can result in the deactivation and surrender of the caregiver’s access card. In addition to the homeowner, the caregiver must sign our Facilities Use Agreement and pay a fee of $30.
Caregiver passes are valid Memorial Day to Labor Day
If your household has a caregiver who is in need of access to the Facilities in the homeowner’s absence, you are allotted an access card exclusive to the caregiver. Each household can receive a maximum of one caregiver access card. To retrieve a caregiver access card, please complete the required registration form.
Caregivers must be an adult to complete the Facility Use Agreement; please include their information so the mobile access card can be sent to the Caregiver.
Once the Caregiver Registration and Caregiver Facility Use Waiver are completed and the registration fee are received the Caregiver will receive the Mobile Access Card. Additional details will be sent to the Caregiver on the next steps.
