Yard of the Month Program

The 2026 Yard of the Month Program will run from March through September, celebrating the outstanding curb appeal within each village of our community. Each month, one home will be selected per village, and each winner will receive a $25 Calloway’s Nursery gift card. A Yard of the Month sign will be proudly displayed in the winning yard for one week. Residents are welcome and encouraged to nominate their neighbors, helping recognize the care and pride shown throughout the community. All monthly winners will be entered into a grand-prize drawing, with the grand-prize winner announced in October. Monthly winners will have 30 days from the date of announcement to pick up their prize, and a sign-out sheet will be available at the front desk at the time of pickup.
