Inspiration on the Go was created to bring neighbors together and make block parties easy, fun, and memorable. This shared community resource is available for residents to use in accordance with the guidelines outlined in this handbook. Our goal is to ensure the trailer remains safe, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone.

We are currently seeking volunteers to serve as Village Liaisons for the Inspiration On the Go Block Party program. Village Liaisons help coordinate neighborhood block parties!

Inspiration on the Go is a shared community trailer designed to support neighborhood block parties and gatherings. The trailer includes commonly used items to help residents host safe, fun, and organized events within the community.

Inspiration on the Go is a shared community resource intended to support neighborhood block parties and gatherings. To ensure fair access and responsible use, the following access and eligibility requirements apply.
Eligibility requirements
- Event must be an approved village or community-wide gathering
- Event must be scheduled through the Association Lifestyle Team
- Coordination must be completed through the assigned Village Liaison
- Events must take place within the Inspiration community
Not permitted
- Individual household reservations
- Private events not affiliated with a village or Association-sponsored program
- Commercial or business-related use
- Events held outside the Inspiration community
- Unapproved or unscheduled use of the trailer
Use of the trailer is subject to availability and Association approval. The Association reserves the right to modify or deny access based on scheduling, safety, or operational needs.
To ensure the Block Party Trailer remains safe, clean, and available for all residents, the following general use guidelines must be followed.
Residents are expected to:
- Use the trailer for approved community or neighborhood events only
- Be present at all times during use of the trailer
- Ensure all activities remain appropriate and family-friendly
- Follow all posted instructions and Association guidance
- Only approved drivers may transport the trailer
- All traffic laws and towing regulations must be followed
- Trailer may not be overloaded or modified
- Equipment must be used for its intended purpose only
- Fire extinguishers and first aid kits must remain accessible at all times
Cleanliness & Care:
- Return all items clean and in their original locations
- Remove all trash and personal belongings
- Wipe down tables, coolers, and shared surfaces
- Ensure all supplies are accounted for before return
- Report any damage or missing items immediately
Community Conduct:
- Respect all community rules and policies
- Be mindful of noise levels and surrounding neighbors
- Ensure events remain inclusive and respectful
- Comply with any Association staff or volunteer instructions
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in loss of future trailer privileges and/or responsibility for damages.
During the first year of the Inspiration on the Go program, the Block Party Trailer will not be available for individual household reservations. Instead, access will be managed and scheduled by the Association Lifestyle Team in coordination with each village.

Each village within the Inspiration community will be assigned designated dates for trailer use. The Association Lifestyle Team will coordinate scheduling and assign a Village Liaison for each village.

Role of the Village Liaison
The assigned Village Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact for their village and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of trailer use. The Village Liaison is the only individual authorized to reserve, schedule, and manage the Block Party Trailer on behalf of their village.
- Coordinate event dates with the Association Lifestyle Team
- Submit scheduling requests on behalf of the village
- Communicate pick-up and return times to event volunteers
- Ensure all general use guidelines are followed
- Serve as a point of contact for any issues or questions
- Report any damages or concerns to the Association immediately

To ensure smooth operations and proper accountability, all trailer pick-ups and returns must follow the procedures outlined below.
Pick-Up Process
Pick-up will be coordinated and scheduled through the Association Lifestyle Team
The Village Liaison or designated representative must be present at pick-up
Photo documentation of the trailer and contents may be required
All items must be verified prior to departure
The Village Liaison assumes responsibility once the trailer leaves Association custody
Return process
- Trailer must be returned by the scheduled time
- All items must be cleaned and returned to their designated locations
- Trash and personal belongings must be removed
- Photo documentation may be required upon return
- HOA staff will inspect the trailer upon return
Insurance Requirements
The assigned Village Liaison is required to provide proof of insurance prior to trailer pick-up. A valid certificate of insurance must be submitted to the Association Lifestyle Team before access to the Block Party Trailer will be granted. Insurance must remain active for the duration of trailer use.

Late returns & issues
- Late returns may impact future scheduling for the village
- Any damage or missing items must be reported immediately
- Villages may be responsible for repair or replacement costs
- Repeated issues may result in loss of trailer access privileges
The Village Liaison is responsible for the condition of the trailer from pick-up to return.
Proper care and cleaning of the Block Party Trailer is essential to maintaining its condition and ensuring it remains available for future community use.
Village responsibilities
- Ensure all equipment is used appropriately and safely
- Clean all tables, coolers, games, and shared surfaces after use
- Remove all trash, decorations, and personal items
- Return all supplies to their designated storage locations
- Confirm all items are accounted for prior to return
Association responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of the trailer and equipment
- Coordinate repairs or replacements as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Schedule professional maintenance when necessary
Reporting issues
- Any damage, missing items, or safety concerns must be reported immediately
- Issues should be reported to the Association Lifestyle Team
- Failure to report issues may result in additional fees or loss of access
Villages may be held financially responsible for damage or loss resulting from misuse or negligence.
To protect the safety of residents and preserve the Block Party Trailer for community use, the following activities are strictly prohibited.
Cancellations
The Association Lifestyle Team reserves the right to cancel or modify trailer access due to weather conditions, safety concerns, scheduling conflicts, or operational needs.

- No penalties will be assessed for the Association-initiated cancellations
Violations and enforcement

- Serious misuse may result in financial responsibility for damages
- The Association reserves the right to suspend access at its discretion
