Inspiration assessments are billed in semi-annual payments. 2027 semi-annual payments are due $1,740 January 15, 2026 & July 15, 2026.

What are assessments?
To accomplish the many tasks for which it is responsible, the Association must have operating funds for daily maintenance, repairs and administration, as well as adequate reserve funds for major repairs or replacements for common property. In order to obtain these funds, all members of the community are required to pay assessments to the association. The Board of Directors will establish assessment rates each year and adopt the annual budget for the community.

How do I pay my assessment?
Your future billing statements will be issued by the new management company. If you are currently enrolled in automatic debit through CCMC, we encourage you to cancel your existing auto-debit arrangement to avoid any potential duplicate or misdirected payments during the transition.
Please be on the lookout for additional communication from the new management company after December 1, 2026. That communication will include instructions regarding future statements, payment options, and any steps needed to establish new automatic payments.
