Facility Rentals

 

As of September 4th, the Board of Directors approved a NEW Reservation Rental Policy & Procedure. Beginning Monday, September 15th at 9:00 am, residents may submit new reservation requests using the online form. Reservations may be made no more than three (3) months in advance, with each window closing on the last day of the month preceding the 90-day mark and reopening on the first business day of the following month. Each household is limited to one rental within a rolling six-month period, and requests must be submitted at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the event. Please note that rental requests will not be confirmed until all required paperwork, the security deposit, and any applicable rental fees have been received.
