Register for CCMC's resident portal, which will serve as a one-stop shop for all your association needs, from viewing and paying your association account balance to accessing important community information. Learn more about the resident portal here.

Hope Harbor pool is opened seasonally for your enjoyment, as well as Club Inspiration. If you have not received amenity mobile access, you are welcome to stop by the HOA Office to pick them up. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. To accomplish the many tasks for which it is responsible, the Association must have operating funds for daily maintenance, repairs and administration, as well as adequate reserve funds for major repairs or replacements for common property. In order to obtain these funds, all members of the community are required to pay assessments to the association.
