The Hope Harbor pool is open for your enjoyment, as well as Club Inspiration. If you have not received your amenity cards, you are welcome to stop by the HOA Office to pick them up. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. If you have any questions, please call 469-522-2120 or email Hayyob@ccmcnet.com, Tcowan@ccmcnet.com, or Awood@ccmcnet.com.
To accomplish the many tasks for which it is responsible, the Association must have operating funds for daily maintenance, repairs and administration, as well as adequate reserve funds for major repairs or replacements for common property. In order to obtain these funds, all members of the community are required to pay assessments to the association.
