ARC Modifications
In order to make any physical or structural changes to the exterior of your home, you must complete and submit a modification application for approval. Please include all necessary information to assist the committee in making a decision. Before submitting, ensure your request complies with all applicable rules and regulations. Applications are submitted to the Committee for review every Monday.
All submittals require the following:
- A completed signed modification request.
- A plot map marked with the requested change.
- A current photo of the requested location (i.e. backyard).
- A sample photo of the request (i.e. landscape borders).
Completed modification application forms can be submitted to your Community Standards Coordinator in person at the association office, or by email at awood@ccmcnet.com.
