ARC Modifications
In order to make any physical or structural changes to the exterior of your home, you must complete and submit a modification application for approval. Please include all necessary information to assist the committee in making a decision. Before submitting, ensure your request complies with all applicable rules and regulations. Applications are submitted to the Committee for review every Monday.
All submittals require the following:
- A completed signed modification request.
- A plot map marked with the requested change, drawings and indications on the map are required.
- A current photo of the requested location (i.e. backyard).
- A sample photo of the request (i.e. landscape borders).
