Civic Plus Resident Account Registration

We are excited to introduce a new, streamlined resident registration system designed to make it easier and more convenient to access community programs, amenities, and communications.
 
  • Through this new system, residents will now be able to:
  • Register for community events
  • Reserve cabanas at the aquatic facilities
  • Secure guest passes for the pools
  • Receive text notifications for community reminders and announcements
  • Stay informed about upcoming activities and important updates 
This enhancement will reduce paperwork, speed up registrations, and provide a more convenient experience for all residents.
 
We appreciate your cooperation as we transition to this improved platform and look forward to offering a more efficient way to connect you with everything happening in our community.

Step One - Create an Account

Residents must create an account in the new system before accessing events, guest passes, or facility reservations.
 
 
When creating your account, begin by entering the information for the primary point of contact or Head of Household. You may then add a spouse/partner and other adult household members as Additional Account Members. Minors living in the home do not need to be registered.
 
Please note: All seasonal pool guest passes will be loaded to the Head of Household’s account.
  • How to Set Up Your Account
  • Desktop: Click Log In with Email at the top of the page.
  • Mobile: Select Account in the upper-right corner, then choose Log In with Email.
  • Click Sign Up and enter your email address and phone number. This information will be used to send important notifications and text updates through the community communication platform.
  • Complete all required fields and select Create Account.
  • You will receive an email with a one-time passcode. Enter the passcode and submit.
  • After submitting the passcode, you will return to the account setup screen. Enter the remaining household information. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Step Two - Verify Residency

To participate in community events, obtain pool guest passes, or rent Association facilities, residency verification is required.
  • Select the checkbox for each adult household member.
  • Click Add to Cart.
  • Click Checkout.
  • Upload a clear image of your driver’s license when prompted.
  • Click Continue to Payment (no charge will apply).
  • Click Review Transaction, then Complete Transaction.
Association staff will review submissions within 48 hours.

Step Three: Registration Complete

Once your residency has been verified, your account will be fully activated. You will not need to upload proof of address again for future event registrations, cabana rentals, guest passes, or other services.
 
This enhancement reduces paperwork, speeds up registrations, and provides a more convenient experience for residents.

Step Four: Register for Spring Fling

After your account has been verified, you will be able to register for Spring Fling and other community events directly through the Lifestyle Events Tab.
 
Simply select Spring Fling, complete the RSVP process, and confirm the number of attendees in your household.
