Pet Stations

We would like to address an ongoing issue regarding the use of pet waste stations in the common areas, particularly at Eden Park within Paradise Village.

These stations are provided for the convenience of residents while walking their pets in shared spaces. However, we have observed that some residents are disposing of pet waste collected from their private lots into the common area receptacles. This misuse is causing the stations to overflow more quickly than intended and is leading to damage of the containers.

To help maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for everyone, we kindly ask that all residents dispose of pet waste from their homes in their personal trash bins. The common area pet stations should only be used for waste collected while in shared community spaces.

Your cooperation is essential in preserving the quality and cleanliness of our neighborhood. We appreciate your attention to this matter and your continued efforts to be a considerate member of the community.
