Temporary Resident Amenity Access Policy
Temporary access may be approved for an individual who is temporarily residing at the property, watching the home while the homeowner is away, or providing care to a resident. The individual must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Access is limited to the approved individual only. The approved individual may not bring guests, share access credentials, or allow any other person to use the access credentials.
A maximum of two (2) temporary access registrations may be approved per Lot at any one time. Each registration may be approved for up to ninety (90) days. Temporary access may not exceed one hundred eighty (180) total days per Lot in any twelve (12) month period.
Before access is activated, the homeowner must submit all required forms and agreements and pay the required access fee. The access fee is $30.00 per approved registration.
The homeowner remains responsible for the conduct of the approved individual and for ensuring compliance with all Association governing documents, rules, regulations, and amenity policies.
The Association may deny, suspend, or revoke temporary access at any time for misuse, violation of Association rules, expiration of the approved access period, or failure to comply with this policy.
Upon approval, the approved individual will receive a temporary mobile access credential valid only for the approved access period.
This policy is effective upon approval by the Board of Directors and may be amended by the Board from time to time.
